Paint Party & Face Painting Pricing Guide and Policies
2024
“Birthday Party Face Painting Package”
Two Hours Minimum
$145 for Two Hours
$45 an hour for the 3rd & 4th hour booked.
An Average of 10-15 guests will be painted per hour.
The Artist will spend 5-10 min on each face painted.
Guests will be painted with a full face, headband, or arm design of their choice.
“Large Event Face Painting Package”
3 hours minimum
$65 per Hour
An average of 15-20 faces will be painted per hour. 2-3 Min per face.
Guests will be given the option between a smaller cheek, eye, or hand design of their choice.
Group Rates “Pay Per Face Painting Person Package”
*Pricing Option for any venue who wants their patrons to pay directly
$3-$5 per Small Design
$5-$10 per Medium Design
$8-$15 per Large Design
An average of 12-15 faces will be painted per hour.
Venue will not pay an hourly rate.
If applicable: A $25 deposit is needed to reserve the date. Your deposit will be applied as a credit towards the hourly rate. Your date will not be booked until the deposit is received.
Set up for All Events
No set up fees apply. The Artist needs at least 45 minutes prior to the event and 30 minutes after the event for set-up and take down of equipment.
The Artist will provide any or all necessary equipment to set up, instruct the painting session or to paint faces, The Artist will dispose of own trash.
*For Face Painting* The Artist needs a 5x5-8x8 area for indoor events and a 10x10 area for outdoor events.
Breaks
The Artist will have paid breaks of 5-10 minutes every 2 hours and must always have access to a restroom.
Overtime
Any time beyond the time booked will cost $35 per half hour increment. Only booked times are guaranteed. Additional time on the day of the event may not be available.
Travel & Parking Fees
Travel fees only apply when the event is more than 30 minutes from Coalinga, CA. Generally, $25 per half hour increment of travel time to and from the event. Any or All parking fees must be paid to the artist at the same time when final payment is due.
Extreme Adverse Working Conditions
The Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the client’s attention. Adverse conditions include but are not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, adult, or pet: any illegal activities: or otherwise, dangerous conditions.
Statement:
*Face Painting*
*Only FDA cosmetic compliant water-based paints and cosmetic grade glitter are used by the Artist. Although unlikely, the Artist cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur. It is the adult’s/parent’s responsibility to notify me if they/their child has allergies, sensitive skin, or more specifically is allergic to COCONUT OIL or RED DYE. A sign will be posted on the Artist’s table at the time of the event to remind adults/parents of this. If this is a concern, please ask for a patch test on the hand at least 30 minutes in advance.
*For sanitary reasons, the Artist will not paint anyone who appears to be suffering from cold sores, open wounds, conjunctivitis, inflamed acne, head lice, or any condition that could possibly be contagious to others.
*All paints are washable with soap and warm water. As always, the Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. Should any of the face paint get on clothing, please soak it overnight in cold water before washing.
*Under NO circumstance will the Artist supervise children
*The behavior and safety of children is always the responsibility of the Parent’s/Host’s.
*The Artist has the right to refuse to paint offensive material (e.g. “gang” related symbols, nudity, vulgar language). An alternative design will most certainly be offered.

*The contract goes into effect once the deposit is received to secure the date of your event and all dates and times agreed upon by both parties. Full final payment must be received 72 hours prior to the event. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
